Wir suchen eine/n kreative/n Florist/in, der/die unser Team in unserem Blumengeschäft unterstützt. Als Florist/in werden Sie für die Gestaltung und Pflege von Blumenarrangements und Pflanzen verantwortlich sein. Sie sollten ein Auge für Details haben und in der Lage sein, die Wünsche unserer Kunden zu erfüllen.
(*) auch kreative Quereinsteiger mit einem Auge für Ästhetik und Design sind bei uns herzlich willkommen.
Aufgabenbereiche
- Creation and design of bouquets, arrangements and wreaths for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, funerals and other celebrations
- Advising customers on the selection of flowers and plants and on the design of arrangements.
- Care and maintenance of flowers and plants, including watering, fertilizing and pest control.
- Sale of flowers and plants to customers and processing of orders.
- Monitoring the stock of flowers and plants and ordering new deliveries.
- Decoration of indoor and outdoor areas with flowers and plants
Anforderungen
- Completed training as a florist or comparable qualification
- Creative career changers are also welcome
- Creativity and a sense of aesthetics
- Experience in creating flower arrangements and plant care
- Customer focus and friendly demeanor
- Teamwork skills and reliability
- Good German skills, both spoken and written, are desirable.
